We've run these for hotel associations, The chamber of commerce, and business teams. Here's how they work.
Theory first, practice second
Every session starts with the theory you actually need — not everything, just the part that makes the hands-on work click. Then we move into building your own use case. By the end, you've made something yourself.
Your own use case, not a demo
The moment people really get it is when they upload their own files, train AI on their own data, or build something for their own job. That's what we aim for. The spark in someone's eyes when it clicks is worth more than any slide.
Small groups, real interaction
Sessions are capped at 12 participants. This keeps things practical and personal. You get actual feedback, actual answers, and actual time to build — not just a seat in a lecture room.
We come to you
All workshops are available in-house at your location or at Impact Hub Aruba. We handle the setup, you bring your team. Custom sessions for specific industries or tools are available on request.

Which tools do we use?
Depends on the session. The fundamentals workshop can be focused around any AI model (ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini or Copilot). The prototype session requires a GPT Plus or Copilot Studio account. The automations workshop requires a free Make.com account. We cover this during the intake.
Is it industry-specific?
The core workshops are industry-agnostic, but the use cases you build are yours. We've run sessions for hospitality, finance, retail, and more. The content adapts to what your team actually does.
Do I need experience with automation tools?
For the fundamentals and prototype sessions, no. For the automations workshop, basic familiarity with AI tools helps, but it's not required. No coding is needed in any session.
What happens after the workshop?
You leave with something you built, a plan, and the prompting cheatsheets. If you want to keep building after, we offer follow-up consulting and implementation support.
Do I get a certificate?
Only for the AI automation class you'll receive a certificate.
